1. Scope and data controller

This Privacy Policy explains how Proiex ("Proiex," "we," "our," or "us") collects and uses personal data through this website, including our buyer waitlist and partner application forms. Proiex is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. Personal data we collect

• Buyer waitlist: name, email address, country of residence, property preference, estimated purchase budget, intended funding method, consent timestamp, and information used to administer the waitlist benefit.
• Partner applications: company name, contact-person name, business email, organization type, country, website, partnership interest, any additional details you provide, and consent timestamp.
• Communications: information you include when contacting us and our correspondence with you.
• Technical and security information: our hosting infrastructure and security tools may process information such as IP address, request time, requested resource, browser and device information, user agent, interaction signals, reCAPTCHA tokens and risk results, and error details where necessary to operate and protect the website.

Required information. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are not required by law or contract, but we need them to register you on the waitlist or assess your partnership application. If you do not provide them, we cannot process the relevant submission. Fields not marked with an asterisk are optional and may be omitted without preventing submission.

Please do not submit sensitive personal data or information that is not necessary for your waitlist or partnership request.

3. Analytics and abuse prevention

We use Simple Analytics to understand aggregate website usage and improve the visitor experience. Simple Analytics does not use cookies, local storage, fingerprinting, or device identifiers, and it does not collect or store IP addresses. It provides aggregate information such as page views, referrers, time-zone-derived country, anonymized browser and device information, time on page, and scroll depth.

Simple Analytics states that its analytics data is processed and stored in the Netherlands and does not leave the European Union. You can read its privacy documentation.

We also use Google Cloud reCAPTCHA Enterprise on the buyer and partner forms to identify automated abuse. When reCAPTCHA runs, Google processes technical and interaction information on our behalf and returns a validity result and risk score. The service sets the necessary _GRECAPTCHA cookie for this security purpose. We use the result only to decide whether the form submission should be accepted.

Simple Analytics does not use cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, and this public website does not provide user accounts or login sessions.

4. How and why we use personal data

• To register and manage your buyer waitlist request and associated launch benefit.
• To contact you about the launch and residential listings relevant to the waitlist.
• To review partner applications and contact applicants about potential opportunities with Proiex.
• To respond to questions and privacy requests.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and submission systems.
• To detect and limit spam, bots, fraudulent submissions, and other misuse.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations and protect our legal rights.

5. Legal bases

• Consent: when you submit a buyer waitlist or partner application and agree to be contacted for the stated purpose. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
• Legitimate interests: to operate and secure the website, prevent misuse, understand aggregate site performance, respond to requests, and plan the launch, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
• Legal obligations: where processing is necessary to comply with applicable law or a binding request from a competent authority.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

6. Hosting and recipients

Our frontend, backend, and database are hosted by MochaHost. MochaHost processes hosted data and related technical information to provide infrastructure, backups, security, and support services.

We may disclose personal data only to:

• authorized Proiex personnel and service providers who need it to operate the website or handle your request;
• MochaHost as our hosting infrastructure provider;
• Google Cloud, acting as our processor for reCAPTCHA Enterprise security assessments;
• professional advisers or public authorities where disclosure is legally required or necessary to protect legal rights.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share identifiable waitlist or partner application details with venture-capital firms or investors. We may share aggregated or de-identified statistics, such as total signup numbers, that do not identify an individual.

7. International processing

MochaHost offers infrastructure in multiple locations, and hosting or backup processing may occur outside the European Economic Area depending on the selected service location. Where personal data is processed outside the EEA, we use safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.

Simple Analytics states that its anonymous analytics data is stored within the European Union.

Google Cloud may process reCAPTCHA security information in locations where it operates. That processing is governed by our Google Cloud terms and applicable data-processing safeguards.

8. Data retention

We retain buyer waitlist information while the waitlist and related launch communications remain active, unless you withdraw consent earlier. We retain partner application information while evaluating or pursuing a potential partnership and for a reasonable follow-up period afterward.

We may retain limited consent, suppression, security, or legal records for longer where necessary to demonstrate compliance, honor an opt-out, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

9. Your data-protection rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• request deletion or restriction of processing;
• object to processing based on legitimate interests;
• receive eligible data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time; and
• lodge a complaint with the data-protection supervisory authority in your country.

10. Automated decision-making and profiling

reCAPTCHA Enterprise automatically produces a risk score that we use to accept or reject a form submission for security purposes. This decision only affects whether that submission is processed; it does not produce legal or similarly significant effects. We do not otherwise use information submitted through the buyer waitlist or partner application for solely automated decisions with such effects, and we do not build advertising profiles about visitors. Anonymous, aggregate website analytics are not used to identify or evaluate an individual.

11. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse. These measures include automated abuse checks and submission rate limits. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our website, providers, or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised policy here and update the date at the top of the page.
